I love working in the tech. industry and get a nice fix of new tech quite regularly from my work ( a secret place in my home town!)

I’m currently working on mobile solutions using Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Mobile 7 …..yes that’s a lot of stuff to have in your head… switching subtly different programming languages is a nightmare sometimes

I love Muay Thai for the fitness both physically and mentally, nothing like hitting bags (or sparring partners) to release aggression and focus.
